What is Jablophone ®?

Jablophone is a smart desk phone that uses the GSM network, so it works like a mobile phone but looks like a normal desk phone. The Jablophone has a large display, full QWERTY keyboard and all the normal functionally of a desk phone (speed-dial, speaker phone, call transfer, conference call etc).

Why use Jablophone ®?

What makes the Jablophone smart desk phone unique is it also has a variety of connectable sensors such as panic buttons for lone workers, a gas detector and a smoke alarm/detector, for example to protect an unmanned property. For remote locations the Jablophone can also be used to connect your laptop/computer to the internet through the 3G connection within the SIM.

To protect against unwanted calls and therefore unexpected costs you can also use the FDN (fixed dialling numbers) feature to set pre-defined numbers to be dialled.

The Jablophone can be used with our other solutions to provide a complete solution for monitoring remote sites, satellite offices and warehouses etc as it requires no telephone line or cabling, only power.

Example

Jablophone can be used in a portacabin on a construction site, simply plug it into mains power and you can make/receive calls as if you were in a normal office but with added benefits such as being able to conference call with your main office colleagues or your customers, then when the project is finished Jablophone can simply be unplugged and moved to the next location.
